Our Approach to Chiropractic Care

There are many different ways to practice Chiropractic. Lawrence is filled with many great Chiropractors. Dr. Sam Harwood strives to be one of them by staying up to date on safe and appropriate treatment methods.
As a patient, you will receive a full exam of your condition. X-rays and other imaging will only be ordered if necessary. After the initial exam, you will be given a detailed report on your condition. You will be given a specific plan of care that is unique to you. This plan will be based on what you tell Dr. Harwood as well as what he sees during the exam. Each plan will have specific goals to strive for during care. Dr. Harwood will give you a personalized home exercise program that is appropriate and easy to follow. He will show you how to perform each exercise so that you can get the most benefit from it.
Dr. Harwood believes that each patient is different. He is able to treat patients of all ages, shapes, and sizes by using a variety of treatment methods.

Dr. Harwood believes that everyone should have a Primary Care Physician. Each patient will have the option of allowing Dr. Harwood to openly communicate with your PCP if you wish. This allows your Medical Doctor to know that you are receiving Chiropractic care. It also allows them to stay up to date with your current health.
